摘 要

本文设计的是金刚石工具性能检测系统的一部分,即机械执行系统。主要完成钻头的钻进过程。鉴于其需要完成的运动和机床类似,故采用的是类似机床的总体布局。包括机体、立柱、横梁、工作台以及机座支承机构。
论文划分为七个章节,每个章节又细分为几个不同部分。第一章为序言,主要叙述课题的意义以及系统所要完成的功能。第二章介绍金刚石钻头及其工作环境分析,为系统选择合适的钻压、钻速和冲洗液量。以后几章则分别详细介绍了设计总体方案,主动力参数及传动设计,液压给进系统设计,滚动导轨及滚珠丝杠的选用计算,机座支承机构的设计计算等。
系统有三个方向的运动趋势,即横梁沿立柱上下方向的运动,工作台底层沿水平方向的运动,工作台沿前后方向的运动。其中,横梁和固定其上的电机以及钻头沿立柱的运动是由液压缸驱动的。工作台下层沿水平方向滚动导轨的运动是由一个小电机驱动滚珠丝杠带动的。由于工作台前后方向的运动不常用,而且推力不需要很大,故顶层工作台采用手柄人力驱动。
钻头主轴的旋转运动由安装在横梁上的三相交流电机驱动。可采用变频方式调速。整体结构简图见正文。

Abstract
What this text designed is a part of diamond tool performance detection system, namely mechanical executive system. Finish the creeping into the course of the bit mainly. Seeing that its sport and lathe needing to be finished are similar, so it was the total arrangement which is similar to the lathe that adopted. Including the organism , post , crossbeam , workingbench and machine seat support the organization.
The thesis is divided into seven chapters, each chapter is subdivided into several different parts again. Chapter one a preamble, narrate the meaning of the subject and function finished of system mainly. Chapter two introduce the diamond bit and working environmental analysis , choose the suitable bit pressure , bore speed and amount of liquid developed for the system. Several rules and regulations differentiate the detailed introduction and design the overall scheme afterwards, initiative strength parameter and transmission will be designed, hydraulic pressure is it enter system design , roll guide and ball exertion of guide screw calculate to give, machine flat support design of organization calculate etc..
The system has the sport trends of three directions, namely the sport along the upper and lower directions of the post of crossbeam , workingbench sport when there is in horizontal direction ground floor,workingbench along in front and at the back of direction move. Among them, crossbeam and regular electrical machinery and bit that have their to that jar urge hydraulic pressure have along sport of post. Workingbench lower floor roll sport of guide to urge ball to be that guide screw drive by one light electrical machinery in horizontal direction. Because the sport of the direction is not daily in front and at the back of the workingbench, and thrust did not need very big , so the workingbench of top floor adopts the manpower drive of handles.
Bit rotation sport of main shaft install three phases at crossbeam exchange electrical machinery urge. Can adopt the frequency conversion way to adjust the speed . See the text in whole structure sketch .
