摘要
近年来,制造业市场的竞争日益激烈,为适应变化迅速的市场,产品开发的周期和成本是每个现代企业不容忽视的问题。从国际范围看,以计算机为工具,利用现代设计方法形成的现代机械设计理论,已在国内外机械设计领域中普遍得到重视和利用,并广泛的发展。
本文针对钢琴制造加工工艺过程中所需要使用到的机械工艺装备进行详尽研究,在参考国内外大量文献资料基础之上,掌握了排锯机的结构设计,了解排锯机的工作原理及其系统组成,设计了一台机械结构较为合理的MJ03棍子排锯机,大大提高了钢琴生产工艺过程的自动化水平,提高了生产效率。
最后,本文使用了solidworks三维辅助设计软件使用对棍子排锯机进行了三维实体建模,并对其中的关键零部件设计了工程图。在实践和调试表明,本文所设计的棍子排锯机运行平稳,能够极大地提高生产效率,减少了人工成本,具有一定的推广应用前景。

Abstract
In recent years, the manufacturing market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, in order to adapt to the rapidly changing market, product development cycle and the cost is each modern enterprise problems can not be ignored. From the international scope, with the computer as a tool, modern mechanical design theory is formed by using modern design method, has been in the field of domestic and foreign machinery design generally recognized and utilization, development and extensive.
In this paper, the detailed study for mechanical processing equipment which are used in the process of manufacturing piano process, in reference to domestic and foreign literature foundation, the structure design of machine frame, understanding the platoon curiums working principle and system composition, design of the mechanical structure of a more reasonable MJ03 sticks sawing machine, greatly improves the level of automation in production process of piano, improves the production efficiency.
Finally, this paper uses the SolidWorks 3D design software to use sticks sawing machine for 3D solid modeling, and the key parts of the design drawings. Shows that in practice and debugging, the design of the sticks sawing machine running smoothly, can greatly improve the production efficiency, reduce the labor cost, has good application prospect.
