本文根据机械设计基本原理,设计了一种多功能烟灰缸,该多功能烟灰缸,可以实现手动清理烟灰,使烟灰无向外泄露,实现了无污染,保护环境的目的,同时增加音乐播放功能。该多功能烟灰缸主要由烟灰缸座、烟灰缸筒、与烟灰缸筒连接的带风扇叶片的电动机,烟灰缸筒上安装有帽盖轴,帽盖轴上装有内盛活性碳纤维的网罩以及感应电路等组成。使用时当烟支盛满烟灰缸缸筒后,这是旋转安装在帽盖轴上的手轮,帽盖轴与底部的活性碳纤维网罩向下运动,触发了安装于缸体地部的传感器信号,进而启动电动机使风扇叶片回转,形成负压吸风,将烟灰缸筒内的烟灰吸收进入网罩,经过活性碳纤维对烟雾微粒的吸附过滤,最后形成的烟灰落入烟灰缸底座内,当烟灰缸底座内的烟灰盛满后,可打开烟灰缸底座上的小抽屉,将烟灰排出。同时这种多功能烟灰缸上自带有音乐播放器,当放置于客厅茶几上时,通过播放音乐以便达到舒缓家居气氛的目的。这种手动清理的多功能烟灰缸可以消除烟灰缸内的烟气污染,保护了环境,同时,使用方便、安全可靠。
本文在设计过程中,首先拟定了总体设计方案,详细进行了烟灰缸内的传动部件的设计计算,并对关键零部件进行了有限元分析,利用了当前流行的三维设计软件对整个机构进行了运动和仿真,验证了设计的正确性。

Abstract
According to the basic principle of mechanical design, design a multifunctional ashtray, the multifunctional ashtray, can be achieved manually self cleaning, no pollution of soot no leakage, no pollution to the environment, while increasing the music playback function. The multifunctional ashtray main is hinged with the base of the cap, the base is provided with an ashtray, cap cover is provided with a motor with a fan blade and Sheng activated carbon fiber with the net cover, and the induction starting circuit etc.. When smoke filled with an ashtray body, this is the clear button, triggering the sensor installed in the cylinder to the Department, and then start the motor so that the fan blade rotation, the formation of negative pressure suction peak, the ash in the ashtray absorbed into the net, after adsorption of smoke particles of the activated carbon fiber, finally, the formation of soot in exhaust ashtray. The automatic cleaning smokeless ashtray can automatically eliminate smoke pollution in the ashtray, the easy to use, safe and reliable, and the protection of the environment. At the same time, the ashtray with music playing function, the ashtray is not only a living room, beautiful decoration products, when they need, you can start the music player function, easy living room atmosphere.
During the design process, first made the overall design plan, detailed design and calculation of transmission components in the ashtray, and the key parts of the finite element analysis, using the three-dimensional design software of the popular movement and the simulation on the whole body, verified the correctness of the design.
