【摘要】
   数控技术是一门集机械、电子、信息和管理等学科于一体的新兴交叉学科,目前,我国制造业已开始广泛使用先进的数控技术,数控加工技术作为先进生产力的代表,在机械相关行业领域发挥着重要的 作用,在机械制造加工中得到越来越多的应用。本次设计就是进行零件数控加工工艺的设计,编写盖板的加工规程(包括工艺卡片和数控刀具卡片)和主要工序的工装设计。并用G代码编制该零件的数控加工程序,再则学习利用计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)相关知识,添加必要的加工过程图片。

[Abstract] the numerical control technology is disciplines and so on collection machinery, electron, information and management in body's emerging interdisciplinary studies, at present, our country manufacturing industry started widely to use the advanced numerical control technology, representative who the numerical control process technology takes the advanced productive forces, is playing the vital role in the machinery related profession domain, in the machine manufacture processes obtains more and more applications. This design is carries on the components numerical control processing craft the design, compiles lap's processing regulations (including process chart and numerical control cutting tool card) and the main working procedure work clothes design. And establishes this components with the G code the numerical control processing program, moreover the study (CAPP) is related the knowledge using the computer auxiliary technological design, increases the essential processing process picture.
