新型干法窑生产过程中,风、煤、料和窑速是公认的四大操作要素,风、煤、料之间的合理匹配是稳定烧成系统的热工制度、提高窑的快转率和系统的运转率,提高熟料产质量和降低煤耗的关键之一。其中用风问题是最重要、也是最为复杂的关键控制参数,是煤粉燃烧、物料悬浮预热分解和高温熟料冷却所必需的动力源泉。掌握用风的原理并使之受控是每位工艺人员不懈的追求目标。

Talking about the new dry kiln reasonable control of wind
Abstract
New dry process kiln production process, wind, coal, materials and kiln operation speed is recognized as the four elements, wind, coal, feed a reasonable match between the firing system is stable thermal system, and improving the fast transfer rate of the kiln and system operation rate, and improve quality and reduce the coal consumption of clinker produced one of the keys. One problem with wind is the most important and also the most complex and critical control parameters, is a pulverized coal combustion, the material suspension preheater and high-temperature decomposition of the clinker cooling necessary source of inspiration. Grasp the principle of using the wind and make a controlled process is that each staff unremitting goal to pursue.
