摘要:饲料被霉菌毒素污染后会导致营养价值降低,影响动物生产、繁殖、免疫机能,并直接或间接危害人类健康,应采取相应的措施对其进行检测和监控。饲料中霉菌毒素的检测技术有薄层层析法、酶联免疫吸附法、高效液相色谱法等。本研究采用酶联免疫试剂盒法对来自全国的198份饲料及饲料原料样本进行霉菌毒素的监测分析,结果表明黄曲霉毒素B1的污染相对较轻,而玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素污染较重,在所有样本中,玉米副产物类污染最为严重。

Detection and analysis of mycotoxins in feed and feed ingredients
Abstract: The nutrition value would be declined and lead to the impact of animals’ production, reproduction, immune function, even the people’s health were damaged while the feedstuff were contaminated by mycotoxin. The relevant measures should be taken to detect and monitor. The detection methods about the mycotoxin include enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, etc. In our study, we monitored and analyzed 198 samples from around the country of mycotoxins level by ELISA. The results show that Aflatoxin B1 contamination is relatively light, while Zearalenone and Deoxynivalenol contamination are compared serious. In all samples, corn byproducts are polluted most.
