摘 要
随着塑料工业的发展,社会对塑料制品的需求愈来愈大,若要生产出较好的塑料制品,必须有先进实用的塑料模具。近几年来,汽车、摩托车行业模具需求将占国内模具市场的一半左右汽车、摩托车行业的发展将会大大推动模具工业的高速发展,特别是汽车覆盖件模具、塑料模具和压铸模具的发展。针对这一行业发展趋势,模具行业前景愈来愈广阔,因此毕业设计指导老师为我指定了毕业设计题目——轿车前照灯灯罩的模具设计。
该篇毕业设计论文针对具体的零件进行模具设计,主要涉及到对塑件材料成型特性的分析、塑件的分析和模具方案的设计。其中模具方案设计又包括注塑机的选型、确定模具类型、型腔布置、确定分型面、设计浇注系统、选择推出方式、侧向分型和抽芯机构设计、热交换系统选择、结构零件的选用、成型零件的结构设计和计算、各零件的校核以及注塑机参数的校核。

Abstract
Along with the plastic industry development, the society is increasing severely to the plastic product demand, if produces the better plastic product, must have the advanced practical plastic mold. In the last few years, the automobile, the motorcycle profession mold demand will occupy the domestic mold market a half past one. About automobile, the motorcycle profession development can greatly impel the mold industry development have a highly speed, especially automobile cover mold, plastic mold and compression casting mold. In view of this profession development tendency, the mold profession prospect is increasingly broad, therefore the graduation project instructed teacher to assign in front of the graduation project topic- passenger vehicle for me the illuminator chimney mold design.
This graduation project paper carries on the mold design of prescribed parts, mainly involves to models material to take shape the characteristic analysis, models analysis and the mold plan design. Mold plan design includes the casting machine shaping, the determination mold type, the cavity arrangement, the true parting line, the design pours the system, the choice promotes the way, lateral dividing and pulls out the core organization design, the heat-exchange system choice, the constructional detail selects, takes shape the components structural design and the computation, various components examination as well as the casting machine parameter examination.
