麦田房产（中国）是目前中国本土最具影响力和发展潜力的优秀房产经纪服务商之一。主做中高端楼盘，系中国经纪百强企业，福建省品牌企业。十二年来麦田一直秉承“持续发展，同享丰收”的经营理念，不仅开创了中国本土房产经纪行业独树一帜的商业模式，而且创建了房产经纪行业的优质服务标准，成为房产经纪业中规范、专业的代名词。本文主要简述了自己历时五个月实习过程中发现麦田房产经纪有限公司目前发展存在的一些问题以及相应的对策分析，最后讲述了本次实习的切身体会和启示。

ABSTRACT
Catcher in the real estate (China) is now the most influential Chinese and development potential of one of the outstanding real estate brokerage services. Main do high-end building, is a Chinese brokerage hundred strong enterprises, brand enterprises in Fujian province. Twelve years crop has been adhering to the "sustainable development, to share a good harvest" business philosophy, not only created the Chinese real estate brokerage industry unique business model, and create the quality of the real estate brokerage industry service standards, become the pronoun of norms in real estate brokerage, professional. This article mainly describes their five months internship process found in the catcher in the real estate brokerage co., LTD., the development problems and countermeasures analysis, finally tells the story of the internship experience and enlightenment.
