老年公寓毕业设计



摘  要

本设计为岳阳市健安老年公寓,建筑面积6600㎡,占地面积1200㎡。建筑总长度为48.7m,总宽度为45.0m 。主体五层,底层层高4.2m,其余各层层高3.0m,建筑高度16.2m。
该工程为框架结构,主体全部现浇,基础采用独立基础
建筑设计部分,严格按照国家相应法规、规范,并结合自身的特色设计完成。本工程为住宅楼建筑性质,主要包括:客房、活动室两大个部分,因此在建筑平面布置上,本设计功能分区明确,各部分联系方便又互不干扰,并充分考虑了建筑防火要求和人流疏散要求。
结构设计部分,采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构体系。在结构计算方面选用了一榀主框架及柱下独立基础进行设计手算,并绘制手工图,手算内容为确定框架计算图、进行荷载计算、内力分析和组合,截面配筋计算和构造措施等。电算部分采用PKPM计算出各层梁柱板配筋以及基础配筋。从结构选型入手,本设计书对一榀框架的荷载进行了计算分析,利用D值法对框架结构在竖向荷载、水平风荷载作用下产生的内力进行了计算,通过内力组合,得出框架的控制内力,最后完成框架各构件的配筋计算并绘制了该框架的施工图。设计书中选算了框架的一个基础,给出了基础的配筋计算并绘制了施工图。
施工组织设计部分,以两条伸缩缝为界将工程分四个流水施工段。根据施工计算书的要求,对工程量进行计算,并计算出工作天数,采用梦龙软件编制出时标网络图。根据所选的器材和场地实际情况,对施工平面进行了合理布置。
