该论文就怎样利用PLC来控制数控加工中心刀具库进行了调查,对其中软件设计、硬件设计等问题进行了分析和研究,实现了对数控中心刀具的控制。
我选用的是西门子ST7来实现数控加工中心刀具库换刀功能[1]。换刀的具体实现要求:数控加工中心的刀库在工件加工过程中,需根据加工工艺要求进行自动换刀,刀库中存放10把刀具供加工时选用。数控加工中心的换刀一般采用两种控制方式,即固定存放换刀控制和随机存取换刀控制。在固定存取换刀控制中,刀库中各刀具的位置是固定的,刀具选择指令是以刀套编号为存取地址来控制存取动作,即原来从哪一刀套编号中取出来的刀具,在使用完毕后仍归还到那一刀套中。而随机换刀控制中,还刀位置是随机的,刀具选择指令与刀套编号无关,指令仅以刀具自身的直接编号为目标。这种换刀方式在新刀具取出后,刀库不需转动,立即随机存入原先的刀具,即换刀、存刀一次完成,缩短了换刀时间.
Abstract:
Tool Library for the original control method is too old or too feature a single, intelligent degree is not high, the cutter can only be a one-way rotation, and less efficient and light design unreasonable, after the success of the knife there is no right or wrong advice. Less than for the original function put forward its own improved method. Counterpoint to the success of light flashing prompt retrieva l of the knife than the current station, the system retrieved a knife according to the size of the numbers automatically choose the best cutter rotation direction in order to improve
the efficiency of taking out knives.
The paper on how to use PLC to control the CNC Machining Center Tool Library conducted a survey, of which software design, hardware design issues such as the analysis and study of numerical control center tools to achieve control.
I have chosen to achieve the ST7 Siemens CNC Machining Center Tool Library ATC
functions. A concrete realization of tool changing requirements: CNC machining center tool library workpiece processing, must be in accordance the requirements of processing technology Automatic Tool Changer, knives stored in database 10 when the choice of tools for processing. CNC machining center with ATC generally use two kinds of control mode, namely, fixed control and random access storage ATC ATC control. ATC in the fixed access control, tool magazine of each tool position is fixed, the tool selection command is a tool pocket number to access the address to control access to actions, that is, where the original number of knife sets knives taken out ,After using the knife sets of remains returned to go there. Randomly ATC control, but also a knife position is random, tool selection instruction and tool pocket numbers unrelated to the direct instruction only tool their own numbers as the goal. This way the new ATC tool removed, the tool magazine without turning to immediately randomly deposited in the original tool, that tool changing, keeping a knife in one step, shortening the tool change time
