摘 要:本课程设计利用西门子S7-200可编程控制器编写的两层电梯自动控制系统。硬件为西门子S7-200的PLC,CPU224,对象有14个输入,10个输出,设计根据目的的需要选择相应对象和CPU对接构成应用系统。设计根据系统,开发控制程序并在此平台上进行调试仿真。电梯作为现代智能建筑内的代步工具,越来越显示出它的重要作用。为了适应电梯的迅速发展,由PLC控制代替传统继电器控制已发展为集计算机控制、自动控制技术、通信技术为一体的新型自动控制装置。它的编程软件采用易学易懂的梯形图语言,控制灵方便,抗干扰能力强,运行稳定可靠,本次设计对传统电梯控制方式进行设计。通过课程设计我认识到学习设计既要注重理论知识的学习,更重要的是要把实际生活中的具体物质与理论两者紧密相结合。
Abstract: The curriculum design using Siemens S7-200 programmable logic controller to prepare the two-tier system of automatic control elevator. Hardware for the Siemens S7-200 of the PLC, CPU224, the object 14 input, 10 output, the design in accordance with the needs of the purpose of objects and select the appropriate CPU constitute docking applications. Design the system to develop control procedures and, in this simulation platform debugging. Elevator as a modern intelligent building within the means of transport, it is increasingly important role. In order to adapt to the rapid development of elevators, controlled by the PLC to replace the traditional relay control has developed into a computer control, automatic control technology, communication technology as a whole new type of automatic control devices. It's easy to understand programming software using the ladder to learn the language, control-ling convenience, anti-interference ability, stable and reliable operation, the design of the traditional approach to the design of elevator control. I have known through the curriculum design to the study design should not only focus on theoretical knowledge and, more importantly, to the specific real-life material to work closely with the theoretical combination of both.
