[摘要] 世界上的许多著名企业,他们长盛不衰的共同原因主要有三个,即优质的产品、精明的销售和深厚的文化底蕴。而且优质的产品、精明的服务往往产生于深厚的文化底蕴。本文试图通过对“企业文化的认识、企业文化和新经济的关系及企业文化的影响”这几个方面的详细论述,阐明了“在知识经济条件下,企业成败的关键在于拥有某种技术,而不是传统经济条件下由资本规模和数量决定企业的竞争力;在新经济运行中,只有不断进行技术创新,才能在竞争中处于有利地位;在市场竞争中企业文化是企业立于不败之地的成功之魂”等论点。并进一步提出在新经济时代,企业文化在建设和探索过程中应注意的一些情况。
[abstract] In the world, the mainly common causes that many famous enterprises keep dynamic for a long time come from their high-quality products, excellent marketing and profound corporate culture. Moreover, high-quality products and excellent marketing can often be derived from profound corporate culture. In this dissertation, by discussing enterprise culture, the relationship of corporate culture and neo-economy, the influence of enterprise culture, I’d like to set forth these arguments: 1, in knowledge economy era, the key factor upon which a enterprise’s success or failure depends is not competition capability derived from conventional capital scale and amount, but holding some technique; 2, in neo-economy era, you can just acquire competition predominance by constant technique innovation; 3, corporate culture is the source that a enterprise keeps success in market competition; etc. At last, I more put forth some situations that we should pay attention to during constructing and researching corporate culture in neo-economy era.

随着我国改革开放的深入,知识经济的兴起和新经济时代的来临,企业文化这门新兴的管理科学,在企业管理中变得越来越重要。今天,任何一家现代企业都很清楚地认识:要想在激烈的竞争中占有一席之地、取得长远的发展优势,就必须建立并完善适合自身发展的企业文化。
