摘 要

    本文阐述和分析了当下建筑工程合同管理的现状和存在的问题，在此基础上提出了改进建筑工程合同管理的有效措施具有一定的现实意义和借鉴价值。还针对工程建设过程中的索赔问题，从工程索赔与项目管理的关系，工程索赔的内容，索赔的过程，索赔的实现等几个方面进行全面讲解。对一些工程索赔问题提出了一些宝贵的建议。并理论结合实际讲解，对全面认识合同管理和工程索赔奠定基础。

Abstract

This article expounds and analyzes the present situation of the construction project contract management and the existing problems, on the basis of this puts forward the effective measures to improve construction project contract management has certain practical significance and reference value. Also in view of the engineering construction in the process of claim, from the engineering claim and project management, the relationship between the content of the engineering claim, the claim process, the realization of the claim from several aspects such as comprehensive explanation. For some engineering claim proposes some valuable advice. Combined with the theory and the actual interpretation, a comprehensive understanding of contract management and engineering claim lay the foundation.
