网络办公系统是多层次的技术、设备和系统的综合。一个完整的网络办公系统应包括信息的生成与输入、信息的加工与处理、信息的存储与检索、信息的复制、信息的传输与交流以及信息安全管理等功能。本软件用于构建、整合、扩展和管理企事业机构的整体信息系统，实现团队协作、流程控制、业务集成、系统智能、决策支持和持续完善。具有：文字处理、文字安排、文件库管理、行文处理、邮件处理、文档资料处理、编辑排版、电子报表和其他数据处理功能。对具有通信功能的多机事务处理型办公系统，应能担负起电视会议、联机检索和图形，图像，声音等处理任务。
B/S（Browser/Server）结构即浏览器和服务器结构，在网络办公系统设计中有着得天独厚的优势，此系统亦采用B/S架构平台。网络办公系统的解决方案分析了网络办公系统开发的基本原则和规范化定义，以及前期的系统分析中所需要的数据、资料以及开发流程，对整个系统进行了详细的规划，确保整个系统能够顺利地开发。在网络办公系统的开发工程中，建模过程在整个软件中发挥了重要的作用，它是网络办公软件开发的重要流程。

The network system is multi-layer technical, the equipment and the system synthesis. A complete network system should include the information the production and the input, the information processing and processing, the information memory and the retrieval, information function and so on duplication, information transmission and exchange as well as information security management. This software uses in to construct, the conformity, the expansion and the management business organization overall information system, the realization team cooperation, the flow control, the service integration, the system intelligence, the decision-making supports and continues to consummate. Has: Language processing, writing arrangement, document storehouse management, good article processing, mail processing, documents data processing, edition typesetting, electronic report forward other data processing functions. To has the correspond dencefunction many service processing work system, ought to be able to shoulder the TV conference, the on-line retrieval and the graph, the image, processing duty and so on sound.
The B/S(Browser/Server) structure namely the browser and the server structure, have the advantage of the with abundant resources in the network transact the system design, this system also adopts B/S structure terrace. The network transacts the basic principle and norm that the solution of the system analyzed a network to transact the system development to turn definition, and expects ago of system analysis in the data, data and the development process need, carried on a detailed programming to the whole system, insure the whole system can develop successfully. Set up the mold process to develop an important function in the whole software in the network transact the development engineering of the system, it was the important process that the network transacts the software development.
