步入21世纪，中国成功加入世界贸易组织，作为入世承诺，中国将由逐步开放国内金融市场转为全面开放国内金融市场，这意味着外汇保证金交易将重新得到中国政府的认可，并为了让中国金融市场与国际金融市场接轨而投入大量精力规范其发展。通过研究投资咨询公司近10年在我国的发展状况，运用收益成本理论以及通过数字模型分析，研究投资咨询公司的优点以及存在的缺陷，探索政府在开放外汇保证金交易业务时应如何规范投资咨询公司的发展。通过将投资咨询公司现状与刚起步的银行外汇保证金交易业务进行对比分析，探讨金融机构在外汇保证金交易在我国逐渐开放的过程中应如何吸收和借鉴投资咨询公司的运作经验，探索监管部门应如何在规章制度上和机构监管上规范国内整个外汇保证金交易市场的发展。

The Development of Foreign Exchange Margin Trade in the Financial Field of Our Country——The Analyse of the Current Situation and Development of Investment Consultancy Corporation
Abstract:
This paper aims to explore the regulating way of developing Investment Consultancy Corporation by investigating this kind of corporations’ development status in China in the recent 10 years, their excellencies and shortcomings, using profit and cost theory, analyzing through mathematical models. By comparing and analyzing the status quo of the Investment Consultancy Corporation and the Bank Business of Foreign Exchange Margin Trading which is only at the beginning in China, probing to absorb and use the operation experience of the corporation for reference in the process of opening the Foreign Exchange Margin Trading to the financial institutions, what’s more, to explore the ways for the regulatory authorities to regulate the whole domestic Foreign Exchange Margin Trading Market development on rules and regulations as well as the supervision of the institutions.
