摘 要
随着计算机时代的到临，各行各业的管理和信息处理流程都将实行自动化与数字化，因此，一个优秀的信息流自动管理系统是一个企业和部门必需的。本论文是详述的介绍了一个智能大厦信息管理系统，此系统是为一般大厦通常所需功能为初始条件而设计的。根据用户需求，系统主要分成4大功能模块，分别是首页模块、用户操作子模块、管理员操作子模块、管理查询子模块。此系统采用B/S模式，系统的用户设计成分权限登陆并使用系统。不同级别的用户，能够使用的系统的部分是不同的。

ABSTRACT
With the coming of computer age , the manage and information in every walk of life is tend to be automatical and digital. So it is necessary for corporations and departments to have an excellent information flow management system .This paper introduces an intelligent Building information manage system. This system is designed for the original function which common buildings need .According to the users’ requirement, the system is maded of 4 modules: homepage module、user operation subschema 、manager operation subschema and manager query subschema。In the system, B/S mode is adopted. With the popedom ,user can use the system by landing. Different user can use different parts of system.
