松茸多糖对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的防护作用研究

[摘要]目的:观察松茸多糖对辐射损伤小鼠各项免疫指标的影响,探讨松茸多糖对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能的防护作用。 方法:将ICR小鼠随机分成三组:正常对照组(NC),辐射对照组(IC)及松茸多糖组(PTM)。PTM组按800mg/kg剂量给予小鼠灌胃,每天一次,连续十一天。第七天除NC组小鼠外给予一次性2.0Gy X射线照射。末次灌胃后第二天将小鼠处死,检测白细胞数,脾、胸腺细胞数,脾、胸腺系数,脾细胞对ConA刺激指数(SI)。  结果:IC组与NC组相比,白细胞计数,脾、胸腺细胞计数,脾、胸腺系数,脾细胞刺激指数(SI)均有显著性降低(p<0.05)。PTM组与IC组相比,白细胞计数,脾、胸腺细胞计数,脾、胸腺系数,脾细胞刺激指数(SI)均有显著性增高(p<0.05)。 结论:松茸多糖对辐射损伤小鼠免疫功能具有防护作用。

Study on the immunity protective effect of PTM 
in irradiated mice

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the immunity protective effect of polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake (PTM) in irradiated mice。 Methods: The ICR mice were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group(NC),irradiated control group(IC), polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake group (PTM) . The PTM group was administered by intragastric administration with a dose of 800mg/kg for 11 d . All groups except NC group were irradiated once with 2.0Gy X-ray on 7th. Immunity parameters including the number of WBC、 spleen 、thymus gland cells, the organ coefficient of spleen、thymus gland and SI were observed on 6th day after irradiation.   Results: The number of WBC、 spleen 、thymus gland cells, the organ coefficient of spleen、thymus gland and SI of PTM group were higher than that in IC group. There was a significant difference between PTM group and IC group(p<0.05).  Conclusion: PTM has the immunity protective effect in irradiated mice.
