摘 要
社区要发展，其所需要的助推因素当中最贴合当代需要的就是社区的教育。社区社区教育经过十年的发展已经初具规模，该社区有相对稳定的社区教育志愿者队伍、民间组织。社区居民有广泛的学习需求，并初步形成社区特色，但还有待进一步的推进。如何进一步推进？文章认为应建立社区教育的网络化管理模式；进一步挖掘整合社区教育资源；专门教育机构功能延伸；找准社区教育的切入点。

ABSTRACT
Beiyuan community to develop, they need to boost the factors which most of the contemporary needs of the paste is community education. Beiyuan Community Community Education After 10 years of development has begun to take shape, the community has a relatively stable community education volunteers, civil society organizations.
