突发环境污染事故应急监测技术读书报告
摘要：随着经济的快速发展，我国已进入产业结构的转型期和环境污染事故的高发期，国外在工业化以来几百年来逐步显现的环境问题，国内在几十年内就集中出现，这给我国的环境安全造成了极大的威胁。为此，国务院和各级政府专门制定了突发环境事件应急预案，要求环境监测机构对突发环境事件要迅速作出响应，确定环境污染的种类、程度、范围和污染物的变化趋势，为突发环境事件应急决策和处置提供依据。本文就着重分析了突发性污染事故应急监测的内容及方法研究，提出对不同类型的突发性环境污染事故应采用的应急监测方法，我国环境监测技术现状。

Abstract：With the rapid development of economy, our country has entered the transition of industrial structure and environmental pollution accident season, in industrialized abroad for hundreds of years since environmental problems gradually appear, the domestic concentrated in a few decades, it caused great threat to our country's environment security.For this, and governments at all levels of the state council formulated the emergency environmental accidents emergency plan, required environmental monitoring mechanism to abrupt environment affairs to respond quickly, determine the types of environmental pollution, the degree, the scope and the change trend of pollutants, provide the basis for decision-making and disposal of the emergency environmental accidents.This paper analyzed the contents and the methods of the sudden pollution accident emergency monitoring research, put forward for different types of sudden environmental pollution accident emergency monitoring method should be adopted, environmental monitoring technology in our country.
