摘要:丁二烯抽提装置中由于存在大量的溶剂和丁二烯、炔烃等C4烃类,这些物质都是有毒、易燃、易爆的。由于介质自身的物性特点,为了保证安全生产,主要分析以下危险因素:二烯烃特别是高浓度的丁二烯易自聚;较高浓度C4炔烃等受热分解而引发爆炸;丁二烯C4烃及溶剂和化学品等有爆炸火灾危险性及毒性。

Abstract:Butadiene extraction unit in the presence of a large amount of solvent and butadiene, acetylene and other C4 hydrocarbons, these substances are toxic, flammable and explosive. Due to the characteristics of the physical properties of the medium itself, in order to ensure safety in production, mainly analyzes the following risk factors: two olefins especially high concentrations of butadiene and easy self-polymerization; higher concentrations C4 hydrocarbons thermal decomposition of acetylene explode; butadiene C4 hydrocarbons and solvents and chemicals such as fire risk of explosion and toxic.
