摘 要
1996年，招商银行率先在国内推出网上银行概念。随后,国内各大商业银行相继加入了网上银行业务的角逐。经过10年的发展，随着国内各银行网上银行业务的大范围推广，我国网上银行交易额规模与用户规模均大幅度增长：2006年网上银行用户规模已经增长为7100万户，2007年网上银行交易额规模总体达245.8万亿元。随着人民币业务开始对外资银行全面开放，以花旗、汇丰和渣打为代表的著名外资银行纷纷开始行动。网上银行未来将成为外资银行争夺中国市场的有力武器。
近年全球经济一体化步伐的加快以及中国股市市值的不断看涨，带动了个人与企业网上银行的飞速发展，网上银行业务与服务品种日趋完善，但在安全、业务等方面仍然存在问题，有可能会阻碍网上银行的进一步发展。本文阐述了国内网上银行发展的历史及现状，分析了个人网上银行及企业业务和存在的问题，并就此提出了相应的对策建议，希望能给发展中的网上银行业务带来帮助。

Internet Banking in China and Its Policy Suggestions
Abstract
Subsequently, the major domestic commercial banks have joined the Internet banking business competition. After 10 years of development, as domestic Internet banking business of large-scale promotion of China's Internet banking transactions for customers and the scale are substantial growth. In recent years, individuals and enterprises of the rapid development of Internet banking, driven by global economic integration step's quickening as well as the Chinese continuous bullish stock market. This paper describes the development of the domestic Internet banking history and status quo of personal and corporate Internet banking and the existing problems, and make the corresponding countermeasures that help the development of Internet banking business.
