摘 要
随着网络技术的飞速发展，现在很多国外的大学和社会其他部门都已经开设了远程教育，通过计算机网络实现异地教育和培训。现在，计算机硬件技术的发展已经达到了相当高的水平。但是，远程教育软件的开发目前还处于起步阶段，随着这项技术的不断深入发展，就要求有更好、更完善的软件系统应用到远程教育当中去，这就给软件设计人员提出了更高的设计要求。远程教育包括很多环节，例如教学系统、答疑系统、考试系统和课件管理系统等等。其中很重要的一个环节就是教学课件管理系统，同时它也是最难实现的环节。
本教学课件管理系统实现了系统应有的所有基本功能，主要包括学生会员注册、登录，教学课件查询，用户上传自己的教学课件，对教学课件发表评论，查看别人对教学课件的评论；在线咨询，可以按照输入文本框的名称查找教学课件；支持分类显示，每一小类下的所有教学课件都可显示；显示下载信息，最热门下载，最多下载；显示上传教学课件信息，最新上传；还包括管理员登陆，管理员可以修改用户名密码，填加删除已有教学课件，修改用户名密码，教学课件搜索，新教学课件的发布，教学课件维护等。
开发本系统是基于利用计算机网络的巨大潜力、数据信息的理念，从而减少人力、物力及财力上的消耗，完成合理的分配资源。

With rapid development of the network, a lot of university and others branches have set up the long distance education and train using network. Now, the technical development in hardware has reached a high level.But, the development of the long range education in software is still placed in primary stage now. Along with continuous development of this technology, software system which is required to be perfect has been applied to the long range education .It put forward the higher design request.The long range education includes a lot of links, such as teaching lesson system, answering system, examination system and managment system etc.Among them, the most important is management system of teaching lesson.It is also the most difficult realized.
The management system of teaching lesson have achieved all basic functions that system should have, include the personal member register, search of teaching lesson , uploading own teaching lesson, announcing commentary to the teaching lesson , looking into the commentary ; By on-line to consults,we can check to seek according to the name that input text this frame teaching lesson piece. Supporting the classification shows, each all teachings lesson piece of a bottom can show ; Manifestation of information downloaded, the most popular download, download at most . It can manifest the lesson information which is preached to learn and latest ascending to spread.Futhermore , it also include the managing person land. So the managing person can not only modify the password,but also fill to add/deletion already contain teaching lesson piece and the teaching lesson searching for . It make protestantism learn the lesson piece announces and maintenance of the teaching lesson.
