摘要
油库是接收、储存、发放石油或石油产品的独立企业或单位。它是协调原油生产、原油加工、成品油供应及运输的纽带,是国家石油储备和供应的基地,也是我国现代化建设和军队后勤建设的重要组成部分。它对于保障国防和促进国民经济高速发展具有相当重要的意义。
由于石油工业的快速进步和石油战略地位的不断提高,油库的建设也越来越重要。本设计将根据设计任务书,拟建一座B成品油库,以便沿铁路进库和公路运出。在综合运用所学的专业知识的前提下,查阅了有关成品油库各操作单元设计和计算的规范及文献。本设计阐述了设计思路和相关理论,介绍了主要运用到的计算公式、计算结果;详细说明了成品油库各操作单元的计算过程,并设计了该油库的总平面布置图和工艺流程图。本设计主要包括总平面布置、工艺流程及消防系统设计和计算等方面。本油库的总平面布置符合有关规范规定,工艺设计合理、且完全满足任务书规定的收发油及储存作业要求。

ABSTRACT
Depot is receiving, storing, issuing oil or independent companies or units of petroleum products. It is the coordination of crude oil production, crude oil processing, oil supply and transportation link is the national oil reserve bases and supply, as well as an important part of China's modernization and construction of military logistics. It has a very important significance for the protection of national defense and the rapid development of the national economy.
Due to the rapid progress and continuously improve oil and strategic position of the oil industry, oil depot building more and more important. The design will be based on the design task book, in the vicinity of the proposed station B a crude oil joint library for joint oil purification station through which the outside opposite to the first station and refinery output. Under the premise of the integrated use of expertise, access to the specification and the literature on the various operating units of crude library design and calculation. This design describes the design ideas and theories are introduced to the main use of the formula to calculate the results; a detailed description of the calculation process crude library each operating unit and the overall design of the plane of the depot layout and process flow diagrams. The design includes the general layout, process design and fire protection systems and computing, automation and control and other aspects of the conceptual design. General layout of the depot comply with the relevant specification, rational process design, and fully meet the requirements of receiving oil and store operations tasks specified in the letter.
