论文主要介绍医用输液加热系统的主要结构以及软件和硬件的实现方法。系统以AT89C52 单片机为基础采取整体-部分PID 增量算法和脉冲宽度调制 (PWM) 相结合。系统的运行程序由结构化模型组成。运行结果表明这个系统简单、可靠, 易于操作并且有高度控制准确性和短控制时间, 符合病人和医院两方的要求。
This paper introduces the main constitution, the method of software and hardware structure realization of a medical infusion heating system. The system is based on AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer and adopts the integral-separated PID increment arithmetic algorithm combined with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). The application programs of the system is composed of structured models. The application result shows that the system is simple,reliable, easy to operate and has high controlling accuracy and short control time,which meets both the requirements of patients and hospital.
