蟠桃是桃的变种, 为我国特有资源。由于过去蟠桃品种数量有限, 产量低, 果实易烂顶裂核, 制约了蟠桃的栽培与发展。北京市农林科学院林业果树研究所从20世纪70年代末开展了蟠桃育种工作, 其中已育成的‘早露蟠桃、‘瑞蟠4号’等品种已在生产上大面积推广。新疆是蟠桃的原产地,如今,蟠桃在新疆、山东、河北、陕西、山西、甘肃等省区均有栽培,但从品质、色泽、口感、各种营养成份上比较,数新疆的蟠桃最好。石河子,伊犁等地均有栽培。开展早熟蟠桃育种研究,蟠桃胚培养是提高育种效率的关键技术。本研究针对这一领域开展工作,为应用蟠桃胚培养技术开展极早熟蟠桃品种选育工作打下了基础。
Abstract: The red flat peach (from American) was chosen as female parent and Guifeihong, Zaolupan and Yingleer as male parent. Hybrids from artificial crossing were harvested at the dessert-ripe stage, and then embryos after 60d stratification on seed germination were cultured MS plant medium. The result were showed that media could promoted embryo germination and development with 6-BA 2mg/L, IBA 1mg/L and root differentiation and growth with 6-BA 1mg/L, IBA 2mg/L.
