摘要 随着科技的发展,将传统的现场总线技术、无线通讯技术、智能仪表、自动控制技术结合起来已经成为一种趋势。本文对比分析了国内外对该项技术的研究现状和发展趋势,提出了一种基于GPRS和PLC的远程无线监控系统。
文章首先叙述了国内外关于此项研究的发展状况,总结我国和同期国外在技术及应用普及方面的差距,然后对整个系统的研究总体思路进行介绍,并分别对硬件设计中的各个模块展开阐述和分析论证。其中,设计的信号调理电路把传感器的小信号转换为0-2.5v的电压信号;选用S7-200PLC(CPU226)作为控制终端的核心处理器。EM235模块实现模拟量的输入输出,TD400C模块实现现场的人机交互。PLC以自由口方式与GPRS模块进行连接;PLC编程实现溶解氧的闭环控制,通过变频器实现对增氧泵的无极调速。服务器采用PC利用GPRS实现多控制终端与若干个远程控制端间的指令与数据传输;
本系统已进行初步的测试,对实际测试的效果进行分析可知:无线通讯、PLC技术、PC等各种技术的结合,可以将现场的各种情况通过无线通讯设备传输到服务器,实施对水质环境的实时无缝监控,能有效地避免水环境的污染,进行早期预警,并且防止无谓的经济损失。设计开发的监控系统拥有开放性高,可移植性强的优点,并留有充分的升级空间,可以方便的应用到智能家居、海洋监测、工矿业等方方面面,具有非常广阔的发展前景。

The remote dissolved oxygen and temperature measurement
system based on GPRS
ABSTRACT With the development of technology, the traditional field bus technology, wireless communication technology, smart instrumentation, automatic control technology together has become a trend. This paper analyzes the comparative study of the current status and development trend of the technology at home and abroad , and proposes a remote wireless monitoring system based on GPRS and PLC.
The article first describes the study on domestic and international developments , summarizes the gap between country and abroad in terms of popularity in the technology and application of the same period , then the study of the general idea of the whole system are introduced , and were on the hardware design of the various modules expand elaborated and analysis of argumentation . Among them, the signal conditioning circuit design of the small signal of the sensor is converted to a voltage signal 0-2.5v ; S7-200PLC (CPU226)was choosen as a control terminal core processor. EM235 module for analog input and output , TD400C module to achieve human-computer interaction site . PLC connects with GPRS module as free port ; PLC achieves loop control of dissolved oxygen using programming, stepless speed for oxygen pump through the inverter . PC server uses GPRS to achieve transmission of control commands and data between terminal and several remote control terminal ;
The system has been carried out preliminary tests ,the actual test results analysis shows :with the combination of wireless communications , PLC technology , PC and other technologies , the kinds of condition in field can be transmitted to the server with the wireless communication devices,causing the real-time seamless monitoring for water quality , and effectively avoiding pollution of water environment , early warning , and preventing unnecessary economic losses. The monitoring system we have designed and developmented has a high openness , portability of benefits, and allows sufficient space for the upgrade , you can easily apply it to the smart home , marine monitoring , engineering and mining aspects , it has a very broad prospects for development .
