摘要 X线机蓄电池充电系统是X线机电力推进系统极为重要的组成部分,关乎X线机的动力性能,稳定性能和安全能力。而这些都与X线机蓄电池充电控制系统密切相关,如何设计出可靠、安全的充电控制系统使之能够最大程度地延长蓄电池的使用时间。增加X线机的可持续能力一直是X线机蓄电池充电系统研究的主要内容之一。
目前,我国的X光机供电系统有很多是引用国外现成电路生产的。其中有些电路,其技术已经比较落后,有些电路的器件也已不再生产,生产厂家急需对这些电路进行技术改进和升级,对其中所使用的器件需要用现有器件进行替代,因此,需要对这些电路进行解剖分析,理清其工作原理和器件的作用,为设备的改进升级和器件的替换提供理论支持。为完成国内X线机的更新换代提供了保障。
本文首先阐述了蓄电池和X线机的发展历程和相关知识以及蓄电池在X线机中的应用。对X线机中蓄电池的性能进行了深刻的研究,分析了X线机对蓄电池的一些要求。第二章中阐述了各种蓄电池充电方法及其各自的优缺点。第三章着重的阐述了MUX-99充电电路,分析了其中各个模块的具体电路。例如:可控硅触发电路,启动逆变电路,充电检测电路,计时器、起动机震荡电路,控制板接口电路等,尤其对电路中的器件所起的作用进行了分析。
在理论分析的基础上,应用 Multisim仿真软件和Protel 99 SE对充电控制系统进行了建模仿真,并针对实际系统的几种典型工况进行了仿真,给出了仿真波形及理论分析。
对X线机充电系统进行了深刻的研究,结果表明这一充电电路具有很大的发展空间。

X-ray machine charging circuit analysis
Abstract X-ray machine battery charging system is an extremely important part of the X-ray machine electric propulsion system, dynamic performance, stability and security capabilities in relation to the X-ray machine. The X-ray machine battery charging control system is closely related to how to design a reliable and safe charging control system so that it can maximize the battery usage time. The sustainability of the X-ray machine increasing has been one of the main X-ray machine battery charging systems research.
At present, the power supply system of Chinese X-ray machine is a reference to a lot of foreign-shelf circuit production.Some circuit technology is relatively backward, the device has also been produced no longer , the manufacturer of these circuits urgent need to technical improvements and upgrades, for which the device needs to be replaced by the use of existing devices, therefore, the need for these circuit anatomical analysis, clarify the role of the working principle and devices to provide theoretical support for the replacement equipment upgrades and improvements . To complete the upgrading of domestic X-ray machine to provide a guarantee.
This paper first describes the development process and knowledge of the battery and the X-ray machine as well as the application of a battery in X-ray machine. X-ray machine in the battery performance was profound study, analyzing the X-ray machine on some requirements of the battery. Chapter II describes the various battery charging methods and their respective advantages and disadvantages. The third chapter describes the MUX-99 charging circuit, analyzing the specific circuit of each module. For example: SCR trigger circuit, to start the inverter circuit, a charge detection circuit, a timer, starter oscillator circuit, the control panel interface circuit, the circuit in particular the role of the device is analyzed.
Based on the theoretical analysis, The thesis has modeled most parts of the battery charger system by using system simulation software Multisim simulation and Protel 99 SE, and make simulation waveform analysis against the typical working conditions.
Charging system on the X-ray machine had a profound study, the results show that the charging circuit has much development.
