摘要 随着科技的飞速发展,医院装备了众多高精度的影像医疗设备,如超声、MRI、X射线设备(包括普通X射线机、数字X射线机、计算机断层扫描(CT)等)等。在这些影像医疗设备中,因X射线设备的技术更加成熟,所以已经成为各大医院最主要的医疗诊断设备。X射线设备不仅现在是医院最主要的诊断设备,在今后相当长的一段时间内,它将继续在医院的诊断设备中占据最主要的位置,而且随着我国城镇化进程加速进行,各级医院设备的需求与更新,将需要大量的X射线设备。
现在的医用X射线设备主要由高频高压发生器、X射线球管、X射线探测器等部件组成。本文主要研究X线机高频高压发生器的逆变电路。为了实现从工频到高频的变换,需要先将工频交流电整流滤波为平整的直流电压,然后通过高速关器件构成的逆变全桥,将直流电压逆变为频率受控制的高频交流电压;同时有了逆变电路,X线机可以实现电池功能,使X线机变的可移动,便携化。因为不管什么机器,都主要由这些基本的电路构成,研究逆变电路,可以为今后的工作打下基础。因此逆变电路,是一个很基础但又非常重要的研究课题。
本文提出了X线机的主逆变电路和灯丝逆变电路的设计方案,并绘制了原理图。然后又分析了本设计所涉及的元器件,并对元器件的性能做了分析比较。最后作了基于multisim10.0局部电路的仿真,进一步了解逆变电路的原理和性能。

Study and design of inverter circuit of Mobile X-ray machine
Abstract With the rapid development of technology, the hospital is equipped with many high precision medical imaging equipment, such as ultrasonic, MRI, X-ray equipment (including common X-ray machine, digital X-ray machine, computer tomography (CT) and so on).In the medical imaging equipment, due to X-ray equipment technology more mature, so it has become each big hospital medical diagnostic equipment the main. X-ray equipment not only is now the main diagnostic equipment in the hospital, in the future for a long period of time, it will still to occupy the main position in the diagnosis of equipment of the hospital, and with China's urbanization process accelerated, all levels of hospital equipment needs and more new, will require X-ray equipment the.
Medical X-ray equipment now is mainly composed of high frequency high voltage generator, X ray tube, X-ray detector and other components.This paper mainly studies the inverter circuit of high frequency X ray high voltage generator.In order to realize from the frequency to high frequency transform, need the first alternating current rectifier filter for DC voltage level, and then through the high-speed turn device consisting of full bridge inverter, the DC voltage inverter for high frequency AC voltage and frequency control;At the same time of the inverter circuit, X-ray machine can realize the function of the battery, mobile X-ray machine change, portable.Because most of machines are mainly composed of these basic circuit, the inverter circuit, can lay the foundation for future work,Therefore, the inverter circuit, is a very basic but very important topic.
This paper puts forward the design scheme of the X-ray machine main inverter circuit and filament inverter circuit, and draw the diagram.Then analyzed the design of the components, and the performance of the components of the analysis done.Finally, the simulation based on multisim10.0 local circuit, to further understand the principle and performance of the inverter circuit.
