Die design of socket panel
Abstract: the graduation design specification describes the process of mold design on the socket panel. The injection molding conditions and molding technology and reasonable through the plastic parts (polycarbonate) process analysis, design of injection mold reasonable. This paper firstly introduces the material properties of the product, the specification also describes in detail the mold structure, including the determination of confirming the parting surface, cavity number and arrangement, the molding a mold two cavity, and the preliminary selection of injection machine, in addition, description of injection plastic mould, gating system, forming structure the exhaust system, cooling system are analyzed and presented, at the same time, there is an important forming part of the design calculation process and the choice of mold, injection mold and the injection machine to check the relationship between the composition, at the end of the injection mold moving process and the mold assembly diagram for a simple explanation. This design is mainly of drawing 3D modeling, injection mold design, assembly and major parts diagram is accomplished through the use of UG and AutoCAD. The graduation design of comprehensive professional knowledge at the University for four years, so as to further consolidate the knowledge of die design, and the accumulation of design experience.
