摘 要针对目前舆论干预系统依赖人工输入敏感网页和匹配缺乏容忍度的问题,以舆论干预的智能性,弹性和高效性为目标,设计了一种更先进的舆论干预系统。此系统在中科院的中文分词系统ICTCLAS的基础上,二次开发了词法分析模块。使用向量间余弦距离为向量计算模型代替布尔匹配,提高了相似度计算的精确性; 通过阈值控制,使系统具备了可控性和弹性;最后基于PC机上Java平台编写了测试程序,对所设计的算法,从判断的准确度和运行时间等方面,进行了有效性验证。

A Lexical Analysis based network access control system design and Implementation
AbstractAiming at the problem that the current public opinion invention system relying on manual input sensitive pages and the lacking tolerance, this paper designs a more advanced system of public intervention with intelligence, flexibility and efficiency. The system is based on the Chinese Academy’s Chinese word segmentation system ICTCLAS and redevelops the lexical analysis module. It uses the cosine distance vector calculation model instead of Boolean matching to improve the accuracy of similarity calculation; By threshold control, the system has the controllability and flexibility; Finally, the paper shows a PC-based Java test program, verifying the validation of the algorithm from the judgment accuracy and the run-time aspects, etc.
