摘要 转向器是汽车的重要组成部分,它的操作稳定性和轻便性严重影响驾驶员的安全性和舒适性。随着汽车工业和制造业技术的提高,转向器的也在不断改进,以满足人们不断增长的驾驶体验。虽然线控转向器已在部分车型上得到了应用,但机械式变速器仍然被广大的汽车厂商采用。而在传统机械变速器中,循环球齿条-齿扇转向器因为其自身的许多优点而被运用于各种车型中。本文选择6t货车循环球齿条-齿扇式转向器作为研究课题,其主要内容有:汽车转向器的组成分类;转向器譆@煞桨阜治觯皇萑范ǎ蛔蚱鞯耐贾交嬷坪蜕杓乒獭�
这种转向器的优点:它的正传动效率很高(可达90%~95%),故操纵轻便,使用寿命长,工作可靠、平稳。缺点是结构复杂,成本高,逆效率很高,转向灵敏度不如齿轮齿条式。因此逐渐被齿轮齿条式取代。但随着动力转向的应用,循环球式转向器近年来又得到广泛使用。同时,对于前轴载质量不大而又经常在平坦路面上行驶的中型货车来说,这些缺点对其性能的影响不大。

Abstract Steering is an important part of the car, which’s operational stability and portability seriously affect the driver's safety and comfort. With the improvement of the auto industry and manufacturing technology, steering is constantly improved to meet the people's growing driving experience. Although wire steering has been applied on some models, but mechanical transmission is still adopted by the majority of car manufacturers. In the traditional mechanical transmission, recirculating ball rack - sector gear steering is used in various vehicles because of many of the advantages. This article selects 6t truck recirculating ball rack - gear sector steering as a research subject, which Consists essentially: car steering’s composition and classification; steering assembly program analysis; the data to determine; steering drawings drawing and the process to design.
The advantages of this steering: high positive transmission efficiency (up to 90% -95%), the manipulation of light and long service life, work reliably and stably. The disadvantage is the complex structure, high cost and high efficiency reverse, worst gear and rack in steering sensitivity. But with the power steering applications, recirculating ball steering has been widely used in recent years. But these shortcomings have little effect on its performance, because of low front axle load weight and working on a flat surface frequently.
