Abstract
In the 21st century, learning English well is of realistic and far-reaching historic significance to Chinese. At present, more and more Chinese are aware of the essentiality of learning English, but the actuality of English teaching does not satisfy the needs of China’ economic construction and social development. There still exists a gap between the actuality and the requirements of the fast developing age.
