摘要
随着我国城市化进程的不断加快，城市建设与城市交通的矛盾日渐突出，同时，现阶段交通问题日益突出。城市交通问题已经影响了城市功能的充分发挥，造成交通运输成本和时间成本的增高。在改变这一问题的努力中，平面信号交叉口评价体系研究工作起着非常重要的作用。平面信号交叉口评价体系研究能为城市交通管理部门提供一个用来评价作为城市路网主要结点的信号交叉口的科学工具，以达到充分挖掘城市潜力，提高交叉口服务水平的目的。本文借鉴了国内外关于城市信号交叉口评价的方法，分析了对于平面信号交叉口的影响因素，运用层次分析法对镇江市学府路江苏大学中门信号交叉口做出了系统的评价。评价内容综合了平面交叉口的服务水平、设计指标、管理因素和环境影响四个大方面;通行能力、延误、饱和度、冲突点、渠化程度、事故数量、交叉口类型、标志标线、信号灯配时、自然环境和社会环境十一个小方面建立了一个相对简化的评价方法，突出对动态交通的评价和实际的应用。

Abstract
Along with the process of the urbanization that speeding up ceaselessly, the contradiction of urban construction and urban communications is becoming more and more critical.At the same time, the traffic problems have becoming increasingly prominent. Urban communications problems have affected the full role of the urban function, resulting in the increased transportation costs and time costs. To change this problem ，appraisal system of urban signalized intersection is playing a very important role.It can provide a pattern to eva luate the urban road network of signalized intersection .It can also be the important reference for export or scientific tools for traffic management departments of city. In order to achieve full potential of the city ,it should improve the intersection service level. This paper uses the methods that both home and abroad about the urban signalized intersection eva luation, analyzes the influence factors of the signalized intersection and using analytic hierarchy process to make a systematic eva luation for Jiangsu University signal intersection of Zhenjiang City Xuefu Road. The assessment content which is comprehensively include four big aspects of intersection service level, design element, management and environmental factors.There has traffic capacity, delay, saturation, conflict point, degree of channelization, the number of accidents, intersection types, signs and markings, signal timing, natural environment and social environment eleven small aspects.This paper established an eva luation method that is relatively a little bit simple than before.And this method of eva luation applied the dynamic traffic and actual use prominently.
