摘要 由交通信息在智能交通中的重要性可知，交通信息采集是必不可少的。交通信息采集是ITS中重要环节之一，无论对交通规划、路网建设、交通管理、还是对智能交通系统功能的实现都非常重要，它为交通管理、交通控制与预测、交通引导、交通指挥及交通信息服务等提供信息源和基础。如何及时准确地采集交通系统的各类信息并对其进行处理分析以及决策发布，对实现路网高效、便捷、安全具有重要意义。
本文首先从交通信息与智能交通系统的关系着手简述智能交通系统，包括其背景及组成部分，得出结论即交通信息是智能交通的核心要素，而信息的采集、处理、传输、融合和服务利用是智能交通的核心。其次阐述国内外交通信息采集的现状，确定了信息采集在城市道路智能化管理中的关键性地位以及信息采集的必要性。再次对目前国内的采集方法作了明确分类，详细阐述了各类交通信息采集方法的采集原理、特点及其适用条件，以及所采集信息的类别。最后，在理论研究的基础上，对国内发达城市在交通信息采集方面的成功案例进行分析，进而为镇江市交通信息采集技术的应用提出改进建议。

Research on city road traffic information collection
Abstract The importance of traffic information in the intelligent transportation shows that traffic information collection is essential.Traffic information collection is an important part of ITS.It is important for transport planning,road network construction,traffic management and the realization of intelligent transportation system functions .It provides information source and basis for traffic management,traffic control and prediction,traffic guidance,traffic control and traffic information services.Collecting all kinds information of transport system and processing analysis and releasing decision in a time and accurately is important for achieving efficient,convenient and safe road network.
Firstly, starting from the relationship between traffic information and intelligent transportation systems outline intelligent transportation systems,including it background and part.concluding that traffic information is a core element of the intelligent transportation.The information collection, processing,transmission,integration and service is the core of intelligent transportation.The second section describes the present situation of traffic information collection.It determines the critical status of information collection in urban road intelligent management and the necessity of information collection.Then the article classifies clearly on the current domestic collection methods and elaborates the principle,characteristics and application conditions of collecting all kinds of methods on traffic information collection,including the type of information collected.Finally, on the basis of theoretical research, the article analyzes the success stories of developed cities in the domestic on collecting traffic information,and then makes some recommendations for improving the application of Zhenjiang City on traffic information collection technology.
