摘要 随着城市化进程的加快及机动车辆人均拥有率的增加,城市交通问题己成为影响社会进步的热点及难点问题。而城市主干道作为城市交通网络中车辆通行的大动脉,承担着车辆流通的重担。因此,在解决城市交通阻塞问题中,重中之重的是提高干线上车辆的通行能力,减少车辆的阻塞次数。现代城市交叉口信号控制理论研究证明:交叉口信号间的协调优化,使得交通流在交叉口处遇到绿灯信号而不停车等待,形成道路双向交通流的“绿波带”,将极大地改善交通拥堵现象。由于地理资源和资金的限制,尚难以通过道路的大量投资建设,来满足城市交通发展的需要。因此,提高现有道路的通行能力成为解决城市道路设施负担过重的突破点。
本文针对现代交通中干线协调控制的问题,对城市主干道双向绿波带控制优化进行了研究,主要工作如下:
(1)本文针对城市干道协调理论与方法,对国内外的研究现状做了一个回顾,然后讨论了城市交通信号控制的基本理论。就如何根据各交叉口几何特性、交通流特征等影响因素,合理进行交叉口信号灯配时的问题进行了探讨,并在此基础上,研究了干线交叉口交通信号协调控制理论。
(2)给出干线信号联动控制系统的设计思路和流程,再依据设计思路,以镇江市学府路为例,对采集到的数据进行分析处理,得出设计方案。

Abstract With the acceleration of the process of urbanization and the increasing ownership of vehicles, the issue of transportation has become a thorny and difficult problem in urban. As the city traffic artery of traffic network, urban trunk road take the great role in the traffic flow. To solve the urban traffic problem, the most importance is to improve the capacity of the trunk road, to reduce the number of vehicles blocking. The modern urban intersection signal control theory proves that the coordination and optimization during the intersection signals makes the traffic flow pass through the intersection in the green light without stopping , forming the "green wave band" of two-way road traffic flow,which will greatly improve the traffic congestion. Owing to the limit of geography resources and the funds, to satisfy the needs of municipal transportation is hard to implement just by big investing in traffic construction still. Therefore, improving the capacity of the existing traffic line become the breakthrough point to solve overburdened of the urban road facility.
On the basis of analyzing the problems of traffic signal coordination control of trunk road, the thesis makes a study on optimal control of dynamic Bidirectional Green-Wave. The research mainly includes several parts as follows:
(1)Firstly,aiming at urban arterial traffic signal coordination control theory and methods,I present a review of its studies at home and abroad.Then,I discussed the basic theory of urban traffic signal control.This paper probes into the problem of how to timing the signal rationally at the intersection according to the influencing factors such as the geometrical features and characteristics of the traffic flow of each intersection,and based on this,this paper researches the theory of arterial traffic signal coordination control at the intersection of the trunk road.
(2)The paper presents the design thinking and process of the arterial coordination control system.Then according to the design thinking and process,XueFu Road of ZhenJiang City is taken for example.The survey data are analyzed and the scheme is acquired.
