摘要 近几年，环形交叉口在我国的大城市随处可见，我们在感受它带给我们的交通风景的同时也面对着它给我们出行带来的种种困扰。在交叉路口中众多的交通冲突让我们的行动大为不便，而且时时有发生交通事故的危险。因此对环形交叉口进行安全评价，并在评价结果的基础上提出可行的优化方案就显得尤为重要。
本文通过对环形交叉口优缺点的分析研究，深入分析环形交叉口交通安全的实质，总结归纳了影响环形交叉口通行能力的四大因素，分别是人、车辆、道路状况及环境等。基于交通冲突的基础上，利用模糊综合评价法，以镇江市梦溪广场无信号控制的环形交叉口为例进行环形交叉口安全评价与分析。最终得到梦溪广场环形交叉口安全水平处于C级，即临界安全状态。并针对其通行能力不足、冲突数多、安全水平较低的现状，提出三条优化方案。第一：增加信号灯控制，优化为信控环形交叉口；第二：改建为十字交叉口，增加环岛的通行能力；第三：东西方向修建立交。

Safety Analysis and Optimization on Roundabout
Abstract In the main roads of urban transportation network numerous roundabouts for the past decade are built in our country .On the one hand , roundabouts bring to us much convenience to our travels .But on the other hand ,we are facing some the traffic troubles .Many traffic conflicts block our travels ,and there is always the risk of traffic accidents. Therefore, making safety assessment to roundabout, optimizing roundabout on the basis of the eva luation results is particularly important.
The advantages and disadvantages of roundabouts are analyzed In this paper, and the substance of roundabout traffic safety is also analyzed in-depth. Roundabout safe effect factors such as people, vehicle, road and traffic surrounding are summed .on the basis of the traffic conflict .Making Use of the fuzzy comprehensive eva luation method .Taking the Mengxi Square no signal controlled roundabout as an example in the Zhenjiang city, making safety eva luation to roundabout .And proposing three optimization programs to its traffic capacity can not meet the traffic demand .Following are three points.
1.It is add signal control for roundabout ;
2.Change roundabout to signal intersection;
3.Overpass construction in east and west.
