摘要 生物多样性是我们人类赖以生存的物质基础。但是随着人口的迅速增长,目前生物多样性以超出新生界化石记录100-10000倍的速度在丧失。这些研究多数是基于某一种因素的改变对生物多样性的基因种质、物种丰富度、物种分布、物种灭绝速率等有关统计数据进行监测与分析。
本文利用复杂网络理论,根据具体的阔叶混交林生态系统,把物种看成是节点,物种间的捕食关系看成是有向边,物种之间捕食依赖程度看成是边权,构建食物网的复杂有向加权网络。在随机或有选择的移除网络节点的情况下,利用相关指标,计算系统的稳定性和多样性,研究它们之间的关联性。结果表明,在阔叶混交林生态系统中,特定物种的丧失使生态多样性降低,影响了生态系统中能量供求的平衡关系,引起相关物种生活习性的改变,转而对其他物种加大捕食力度,使原本稳定的捕食关系逐渐破裂。捕食关系的不断破裂最终促使生态系统的稳定性下降。因此,在阔叶混交林生态系统中,生态多样性的丧失会降低系统的稳定性,多样性与稳定性呈正相关趋势。

Habitat loss of comprehensive assessment of the impact of biodiversity
Abstract Biodiversity is the material basis of our human beings rely on. But with the rapid growth of the population, the biodiversity in beyond the Cenozoic fossil record of 100-10000 times the speed of the loss.Most of these studies are based on a certain factor of change on the biodiversity of genetic germplasm, species richness, species distribution and species extinction rate and related statistical data monitoring and analysis.
In this paper, using the theory of complex network, according to the specific broadleaf mixed forest ecosystem, the species as a node, predator-prey relationships between species as a directed edge, prey on dependence between species as right, construction of the complexity of the food web directed weighted network.Results show that the broad-leaved mixed forest ecosystem, the loss of a particular species reduce biodiversity, the balance of energy supply and demand in ecosystems, cause the change of related species, life habits, turned to intensify prey on other species, make originally stable feeding relationship gradually broken.Predator-prey relationships of rupture and bringing the stability of ecosystem.
As a result, the broadleaf mixed forest ecosystem, the loss of biodiversity will reduce the stability of the system, diversity and stability were positively correlated.
