摘要 现今从占有大量镜片市场的玻璃镜片向树脂镜片的转变成为我国现今对镜片需求和生产的主要方向。作为一个在国际上具有很强国际竞争力的人口大国,随着国内技术的日益成熟,我国并不仅仅满足于镜片的进口。镜片的性能在不断的提升,并且因为人口多劳动力较为低廉,因此在价格方面具有很大的优势。从整个镜片市场来看,由于娱乐设施的增加和对电脑电视手机的依赖性越来越强,视力下降更快已经成为当代人普遍存在的问题,整个镜片行业的发展也是不容小视存在巨大潜力的。但是由于镜片的制造过程中容易产生一些瑕疵缺陷,因此树脂镜片的瑕疵检测也变得越来越重要。
本论文首先介绍了树脂镜片的产生与发展,接着讨论了树脂镜片检测时的光源选择以及照明方案,搭建检测总体平台,进行图像采集,最后对瑕疵进行分类以及分析。
根据图像的结果显示,我们可以发现利用LED环形光源检测树脂镜片的点杂质、羽毛、气泡、羽毛、加硬点五种瑕疵缺陷是切实可行的,而LED环形光源照明方案无法检测出的树脂镜片的膜脱落瑕疵缺陷我们可以利用球积分光源照明方案弥补。因此利用这两种照明方案便可以检测出树脂镜片常见的六种瑕疵缺陷。
通过本次实验,我们可以进行了两种照明实验方案的设计,利用其各自的优势可以很好的检测出树脂镜片常见的六种瑕疵缺陷。具有很强的操作性和可行性,为树脂镜片的瑕疵缺陷注入了新的血液。

Study Of The Lighting-mode Experiment On Detecting The Defects Of Resin Lenses Using Image Acquisition System
Abstract Science and technology are constantly moving forward, from the possession of a large glass lens to lens market transition resin lens become the main direction of the lens of today's demand and production. As a populous country with strong international competitiveness in the international arena, with the growing maturity of domestic technology, China's imports are not only satisfied with the lens. Lens performance constantly upgrading, and because relatively low population and labor force, and therefore has a great advantage in terms of price. From the entire lens market, due to increased recreational facilities and TV mobile phone dependence on computers more powerful, faster and decreased vision has become a widespread problem of contemporary people, the development of the industry is not to be overlooked lens there is a huge potential . However, due to the lens manufacturing process prone to some flaws defects, defect detection resin lenses therefore becoming increasingly important.
This paper first introduces the origin and development of resin lens, then discussed the resin lens detection and lighting scheme, the choice of light source in the overall platform building detection, image acquisition, finally, the defects are classified and analyzed.
According to the result of image display, we can find that using the LED ring light source detection point of resin lens, feathers, feathers, bubbles, impurities and hard point of five kinds of flaw defects is feasible, and LED ring light source lighting solution cannot detect resin lens membrane peeling defects defects we can use the ball of integral lighting solutions. So take advantage of the two kinds of lighting scheme can detect the resin lens six kinds of defects of common defects.
Through this experiment, we can make the two kinds of experimental project of lighting design, using its own advantage can well detect the resin lens six kinds of defects of common defects. Have strong operability and feasibility for the drawbacks of resin lens defect injected new blood.
