摘 要 烘焙食品工业在食品工业中占有一定的重要地位,其产品直接面向市场,直观反映人民饮食文化水平及生活水平的高低。随着我国经济的开放,为我国烘焙行业的发展带来了挑战和机遇。近几年来,外国企业来华投资猛增,都看好中国市场,合资、独资发展迅速。烘焙食品行业,有逐步增强的势头,消费者对烘焙食品的需求也日益呈现出高品位、高质量的要求,这对烘焙食品行业的企业提出了更高的要求。因此,对蛋糕店顾客需求的分析以及销售策略的研究就显得格外重要。本文通过对麦穗坊蛋糕店顾客需求的分析,找出现阶段麦穗坊销售策略的不足之处,并提出改进建议。

The strategy on improving wheat workshop bakery sales strategy
Abstract Baked food industry plays an important role in certain food industry, Its products directly to the market, directly reflect the cultural level of the people's diet and level of living. With the opening of our economy, brings the opportunity and challenge for the development of China's baking industry. In recent years, foreign enterprises to invest in China soared, are optimistic about the Chinese market, joint ventures and wholly owned enterprises have developed rapidly. The baked food industry has gradually increased, consumer demand for baking food is also increasingly showing a high grade, high quality requirements, and this puts forward higher requirements for baking food industry enterprises. Therefore, the analysis on the cake shop customer demand and sales strategy research is particularly important. In this paper, through the analysis of the wheat workshop bakery’s customer needs, find out the shortage of wheat workshop bakery’s sales strategy, and put forward the improvement proposal.
