摘要 自改革开放以来,我国民营企业如雨后春笋一般迅速发展,涌现了大批具有实力和潜力的民营上市公司,不仅推动了区域经济的发展,而且为整个国民经济注入了新鲜血液。与此同时,财务绩效是企业经营成果的直接反映,为企业的所有者、管理者和利益相关者提供了真实可靠的信息,因此,如何提高财务绩效是每个企业必须慎重对待的问题。
文章首先对民营上市公司财务绩效评价的相关概念进行了界定,对其基础理论进行了梳理,结合民营上市公司的特点,从盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力和成长能力四个方面建立了民营上市公司财务绩效评价指标体系。随后,我们选取了江苏鱼跃医疗股份有限公司作为案例,从盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力和成长能力四个方面对2011年至2013年该公司的财务绩效进行评价,最后,在总结全文的基础上,得到结论。

Private listed company's financial performance eva luation
research in China
Abstract Since reform and opening up, China's private enterprises have mushroomed, stimulating the emergence of a large number of powerful and potential private listed company. That not only promoted the development of the regional economy, but also injected fresh blood for the whole national economy. Meanwhile, the financial performance, providing the enterprise owners, managers and stakeholders true and reliable information, is the direct reflection of enterprises operating results. Therefore, how to improve the financial performance is a problem that every enterprise must deal with prudently.
Article, firstly, defines the related concepts of private listed company's financial performance eva luation, and generalizes the basic theory. Then based on the private listed companies’ figures, like the profit ability, debt paying ability, operating ability and growth ability, private listed company's financial performance eva luation index system is established. Thus, I took the Yuyue medical co., LTD in Jiangsu as an example, from the profit ability, debt paying ability, operating ability and growth ability four aspects of 2011 to 2013, to achieve the company's financial performance eva luation. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the full text, it comes to a conclusion.
