【摘要】：发展科技金融是提升我国自主创新能力的重要路径。我国已在多个高新技术产业区开展了科技金融创新试点，其中以中关村、江苏、浙江和广东等地颇具代表性，这些试点的成功开展一方面为我国科技金融进一步的发展提供借鉴，但同时也面临融资难，创新动力不足，成果转换率低等问题，束缚其快速发展。本文结合中关村、江苏、浙江和广东等当前国内典型科技金融模式的发展现状及问题，从运行机制、政府支持及效率这几个角度，对完善科技金融的发展提出了相应建议。

A comparative study of the domestic financial models typically Technology
【Abstract】Finance is an important path to the development of technology to enhance the independent innovation capability of our country. China has a number of high-tech industries in the area to carry out a pilot financial innovation, science and technology, which Zhongguancun, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong and other places fairly representative, the success of these pilots carry out one hand to provide a reference for the further development of China's science and technology finance, but at the same also facing difficulties in financing, innovation, lack of motivation, achievement conversion rate and other issues, bound their rapid development. In this paper, development status and problems of Zhongguancun, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong, the current domestic financial model of the typical technology from the operating mechanism and efficiency of government support several angles, to improve financial development technology made recommendations accordingly.
