摘要:为提高供电可靠性,使用户可以从两个方向获得电源,通常将供电网连接成环形。这种供电方式简称为环网供电。在工矿企业、住宅小区、港口和高层建筑等交流10KV配电系统中,因负载容不大,其高压回路通常采用负荷开关或真空接触器控制,并配有高压熔断器保护。该系统通常采用环形网供电,所使用高压开关柜一般习惯上称为环网柜。环网柜除了向本配电所供电外,其高压母线还要通过环形供电网的穿越电流(即经本配电所母线向相邻配电所供电的电流),因此环网柜的高压母线截面要根据本配电所的负荷电流于环网穿越电流之和选择,以保证运行中高压母线不过负荷运行。目前环形柜产品种类很多,如HK-10、MKH-10、8DH-10、XGN-15和SM6系列。
环网柜出现的时间不算长,但近年以来却得到了广泛的使用,这主要是由于新发展起来的工业企业和事业单位的建筑物,从供配电的角度来看,以中,小型容量为大多数其配电变压器一般不超过1250KVA,长期稳定供电,高压开关不频繁操作。对于这类用户,环网柜的性能虽不是最完美的,但却是足够的,可以胜任的。随着大规模的城市建设,大量大型高层建筑物拔地而起,变配电所往往就设在楼下,根据消防要求,变配电设备必须“无油化”,根据建设面积的合理使用,变 配电设备应该“小型化”,于是环网柜或真空断路器,干式变压器,干式互感器就进入了幢幢大楼。环网柜结构简单,运行可靠且安全,维修量很小,运行费用低,比起装有断路器的开关柜,优势很突出。环网柜要求负荷开关具有更高的性能和更小的体积,新型的负荷开关应运而生,这又反过来带动了环网柜的技术进步,当今 的环网柜不但性能优良而且系列化了,这更扩展了环网柜的使用范围。
