摘要
随着人们生活质量的提高和安全意识的增强,家庭对孩子的生活质量、生活环境、生活用品的投入也越发重视,这就为儿童童车活跃的市场提供了条件,也对儿童童车的品质提出了更高的要求。本文以儿童推车为设计对象,运用理论研究与实际调查相结合的方式,完成论文的论述和设计的实践。
本文研究部分主要包括一下三个方面的内容:
首先通过对儿童推车的相关调研和查阅资料,了解了儿童推车各部件的相关尺寸和运用于推车的相关折叠原理和锁定原理,为最终方案的形成奠定了基础。
然后参考儿童推车各零部件的材料和人机工程方面的知识,在确定采用碳纤维材料作为设计的车架后,选择合适的折叠原理和锁定原理,最终确立设计方案。
最终通过方案确立进行二维草绘图的绘制,通过绘制的草图和相关尺寸进行各零件的三维建模设计。将建模好的零件进行部件的装配,最终将装配好的部件装配成整车。在装配好整车后通过软件进行动态折叠模拟,排除各个零件之间的干涉情况。
总之,所设计的碳纤维儿童推车,在采用能使车架折叠自立的折叠原理和解锁操作方便迅速的基础上,做到了整车重量轻,折叠操作省力,推行舒服,造型美观的效果。基于它的众多优点,在不久的将来,必将制作成产品,来到我们身边。

Abstract
With the improved quality of life and safety awareness, the family put the child's quality of life, living environment, supplies are also more and more attention, which provides the conditions for children stroller active market, but also to raise the quality of child stroller a higher demand. In this paper, the design object strollers, theoretical research and practical application of a combination of surveys, discussion and practice papers to complete the design.
Research about the content of this article includes three aspects:
First strollers through relevant research and access to information, to understand the underlying principles of the relevant size folding strollers and used in various parts of the cart and lock principle, laid the foundation for the formation of the final solution.
Then refer to the various parts of the material strollers and ergonomic knowledge, in determining the use of carbon fiber material as the frame design, select the proper folding and locking principle principle eventually establish design.
Final program established by drawing two-dimensional graphics grass, three-dimensional modeling design of each part by drawing sketches and related dimensions. The good parts for assembly modeling components that will eventually be assembled into vehicles assembled parts. After folding assembled vehicle dynamic simulation software, to exclude interference between the various parts of the case.
In short, the design of the carbon fiber strollers, can easily and quickly adopting folding frame based on the principle of self-reliance and unlock the folding operation, so that the light vehicle weight, folding and effortless operation, the implementation of a comfortable, handsome in appearance and effect. Due to its many advantages, in the near future, will be made into products, come to our side.
