在当今激烈的经济竞争环境下,处于金融行业激烈竞争中的银行业可以说面临着空前的竞争压力。企业的竞争归根到底还是人才的竞争,谁能留住合适的人才,可以说就掌握了竞争的主动权。企业员工培训作为企业人力资源开发与管理的重要途径,在企业人才的培养与储备方面发挥着不可替代的作用。它不仅能使员工获得知识、提高技能、创新技术,同时也能使员工更加深入地了解和融入企业,从而增强企业的整体竞争力与凝聚力。
近年来,交通银行在机遇中获得了长足的发展,但在其快速发展的过程中也暴露出了诸多问题,其中员工培训便是较为突出的问题之一。本文以山西省分行为例,通过实地走访与调研,并在笔者亲自参加培训的基础上,收集了大量的第一手资料。通过这些资料可以发现,虽然目前交通银行山西省分行员工的培训已经有了较大的改观,但存在的问题仍然不可忽视。本文试图多角度、全方位地展现交通银行银行山西省分行在员工培训的过程中的亟需加强之处,并在结合相关人力资源管理员工培训理论的基础上,有针对性地对这些问题提出具体的优化方案,最终建立起一套科学合理的员工培训体系,将纸上的理论转化为实实在在的员工成长的内在推动力,从而使交通银行山西省分行能够更加从容地因对来自业界的竞争与挑战。

Abstract
In the current fierce economic competition environment,the banking industry is facing unprecedented pressure of competition. Enterprise's competition in the final analysis is the competition of talents, who can retain the right talent, it can be said to have the initiative in competition. Enterprise staff training as an important way of enterprise human resources development and management,plays an irreplaceable role in the enterprise training and reserve personnel. It can not only make the employees to gain knowledge, improve skills, innovative technology, at the same time also can make people more in-depth understanding and integration into the enterprise, so as to enhance the overall competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises.
In recent years, Bank of Communications gained considerable development, but its rapid development process also exposed many problems, staff training is one of the more prominent issues. In this paper, Shan-xi branch, for example, through research and personal training, a large collection of first-hand information. Through these data found that although the training of staff Shan-xi branch has been greatly improved, but the problem still can not be ignored. Through various angles to show Shan-xi branch during staff training in the urgent need to strengthen the place, and on the basis of combined staff training related to human resource management theory, targeted to the specific issues raised optimization program, and ultimately establish a rational set of scientific staff training system, the theory into real internal driving force employees to grow, so that Shan-xi branch can be more comfortably because of competition and challenges from the industry.
