摘 要 :本文分析了地铁车辆司机控制器的工作原理,指出了司机控制器性能检测的必要性。根据司机控制器操作的逻辑关系,设计出检测装置硬件部分和测试软件,并详细地阐述了检测方法,从而对司机控制器性能做出评价。司机控制器的测试台就由此诞生了,该测试台是测试司机控制器性能参数的工具。
测试台的研制使用到了两个主要的软件是 STEP7 和 WinCC.
本文设计的是基于西门子 S7-300 系列 PLC 的司控器测试台,本文详细介绍了该测试台的工作原理、系统构成和测试结果。该系统设计了三种工作模式,包括手动测试和自动测试两种选择。本系统设计包括硬件设计和软件设计两部分,硬件设计部分包括硬件的选型和配置,软件设计包括流程图绘制和程序编写。最后指出了系统设计过程中存在的问题,并给出相关解决的方法。
系统的仿真是通过WinCC完成的,通过该软件我们可以对于测试台进行直观的仿真控制。
该测试台的性能良好,硬件模块工作稳定、可靠,能够使用三种方式准确的为我们提供该司机控制器的性能参数。并且在测试完成后可以将测试结果测试日期记录到excel表格中,供以后查找。

The Test Board of Master Controller Based
on PLC
Abstract:This paper analyzes the working principle of the master controller of subway vehicle and points out the necessity of performance testing of the master controller. According to the logical relationship of the master controller operation, testing device of hardware and testing software are designed and testing methods are reviewed in detail, thus ,the eva luation on the performance of the master controller is made. The test board of master controller is thus born and it is the tool for testing the performance and parameters of master controller.
In the process of developing test board, two software, STEP7 and WinCC are mainly used.
Based on Siemens S7-300 series PLC, this paper designs the test board for master controller. In this paper, the working principle, system constitution and the testing results of the test board are introduced in detail. In this system three working modes are designed and two choices, manual testing and automatic testing are included.The design of the system includes two parts: hardware design and software design. Hardware design includes hardware selection and configuration while software design includes flowcharts drawn and programs written. Finally the problems in the process of the system design are pointed out and the relevant methods of resolving the problems are provided.
System monitoring is done through the WinCC and through the software we can intuitively control the test board.
The performance of the test board is good and its hardware module works stably and reliably. It can accurately provide us the performance and parameters of the master controller using three kinds of test methods. Test date and test results can be recorded after the test to excel table for future lookups.
