摘要
直接驱动技术由于其独特的优势越来越受到工业发达国家的关注和重视,对于电力驱动行业来说,直接驱动技术即取消了传统的机械变速机构(如机械齿轮箱等),将电机与负载直接相联,从而可以省去诸如机械疲劳、摩擦损耗以及震动噪音等诸多弊端。不同于其他的推进系统,高性能的电机驱动一直是直接驱动技术的核心所在,直接驱动技术的应用领域十分广泛。在传动系统中应用最为广泛的电力传动中,具有高转矩密度性能的直驱电机一直是人们不懈追求的目标之一。随后,一种新型高转矩密度永磁电机——永磁游标电机得到重新关注并开展了相关的研究,它是基于“磁齿轮效应”工作的,通过在定子结构上引入调制齿 ,在定子电枢极数和槽数较少的情况下,绕组在气隙内产生特定的空间谐波与极数较大的永磁体相互作用,从而实现了低速高转矩的性能。
本文提出了一种应用于直接驱动系统的双定子永磁游标电机,旨在保证永磁游标电机高转矩密度的同时,充分发挥其高功率因数的的优点。
论文主要研究成果包括以下几个方面:
1.基于新型磁场调制式磁齿轮工作机理的解析式分析,开展PMV电机工作原理的研究,将二者工作原理用统一表达式进行解释,并通过有限元仿真对两者工作原理进行了验证。
2.对该双定子永磁游标电机的拓扑结构及工作原理进行了详细的介绍,证明了其特定的设计方法对性能的影响。

Electromagnetic Performance Analysis of High Torque Density Permanent-Magnet Vernier Machine
ABSTRACT
Direct drive technology got more and more attention by the industrial developed countries because of its unique advantages. For the electric power industry, direct drive technology which cancelled the traditional mechanical variable speed institutions (such as mechanical gear box, etc.), linking the motor and load directly, thus avoiding many disadvantages, such as mechanical fatigue, friction loss and vibration noise. Different from other propulsion systems, high performance motor drive has been the key of the direct drive technology, and the application of the direct drive technology field is very wide. Most widely used in the transmission system of electric drive, direct drive motor with high torque density performance has always been one of the relentless pursuits of goals. Then, a new type of permanent magnet motor with high torque density—permanent magnet vernier (PMV) gets to be paid attention to and carried out relevant research. It is based on "magnetic gear effect" work by introducing modulation on the stator tooth structure in the stator poles and the number of armature slots fewer cases , and the winding space harmonics generated with a specific number of poles of the permanent magnets greater interaction in the air gap, in order to achieve a high torque low speed performance.
This paper presents a direct drive system used in the double spokes arranged permanent magnet stators vernier (DSSA PMV) motor, which is designed to full play to the advantages of its high power factor, while being ensured a high torque density motor PMV.
Main research achievements include the following aspects:
1 Based on the principle of the novel field modulation magnetic gear, the principle of PMV machines has been studied. A unified expression of them is summarized and analyzed. Finite-element analysis (FEA) results are given to identify their principle.
2 The topology and working principle of the double-spoke arrangement of stator permanent magnet motor are introduced in detail to prove the impact of their specific design on performance.
3 Use Ansoft/Maxwell software, finite element simulation model, the double stator permanent magnet motor FEM vernier, and then study its electromagnetic characteristics.
