摘要 汽车电动助力转向(EPS)系统是汽车行业近期年出现的新型动力转向系统。与传统的动力转向系统相比较,EPS具有更加简单的结构、低成本、高灵活性、更能满足汽车转向性能的要求,在转向操作的安全性、舒适性和环保、节能等方面具有显著的优越性。EPS主要由扭矩传感器、车速传感器、电控单元(ECU)、助力电动机、电磁离合器以及减速机构等部分组成。在特定的控制算法协助下,从而实现助力转向的功能。
EPS可解决小型汽车转向轻便性和灵敏性的矛盾, 使驾驶员在汽车低速行驶时获得较大助力, 高速行驶时获得较强的路感。由ECU根据转向盘转矩信号控制电动机离合器, 使电动机在不需要助力时停止工作, 降低了能量消耗,该系统能满足不同车速下获得不同助力特性的要求。
本文首先介绍了目前EPS在国内外的发展现状和趋势,以及国内外研究的热点和难点。然后,本文阐述了电动助力转向系统的机械结构和组成,描述了电动助力转向系统分类以及优缺点。然后然后对EPS的硬件系统进行了设计,其中包括驱动电路,传感器采集电路等。最后,本文对EPS的控制策略进行了探讨,并且对EPS软件部分进行了设计,通过流程图的形式表现出来。

Based on vehicle electric power steering system research
Abstract Electric power steering (EPS) system is a new power steering system in recent years. Steering and traditional dynamic comparison, EPS has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, good flexibility, can fully meet the performance requirements of automotive steering, showed a significant superiority insteering operation comfort, safety and energy saving, environmental protection etc.. The EPS system consists of the torque sensor, speed sensor,electronic control unit, brushless DC motor, electromagnetic clutch and gear box parts. In the software and the corresponding control algorithm under the assistance, to realize the power steering function.
The electric power steering (EPS) system can solve the contradiction between steering handiness and delicacy that exists in small type of cars. It enable the driver to obtain stronger road sense when drive in high speed and bigger assist when drive in slow speed. According to by ECU to dish torque signal control motor clutch, make the motor when in need not stop working, reduce boost of energy consumption, this system can satisfy different speeds get different dynamical characteristics requirement.
This paper first introduces the current EPS in the domestic and foreign development status and trends, as well as the domestic and foreign research hotspots and difficulties. Then, this paper expounds the electric power steeringmechanical structure and composition of the system, describes the electric power steering system classification and the advantages and disadvantages of. Then the hardware system of EPS is designed, including the drive circuit,sensor circuit etc.. Finally, the control strategy of EPS are discussed, and the EPS software was designed, through the form of flow charts show.
