摘要 股利政策是现代公司理财活动的三大核心内容之一。首先，它是公司筹资、投资活动的延续，是为股东提供回报的一种重要方式；其次，恰当的股利政策，不仅可以树立起良好的公司形象，而且能激发投资者对公司持续投资的热情，从而使公司获得长期、稳定的发展条件和机会。
本文以银行业上市公司为例分析股利政策，通过分析银行业上市公司的现金股利和股票股利来总结银行业股利分配政策的现状，从证券市场环境、股权结构、法律政策多个方面剖析了银行业上市公司股利政策现状成因，最后对银行业上市公司存在的问题提出了优化建议。
本文在消化和吸收现有股利理论的基础上，以理清上市公司股利分配的政策为思路，探究我国银行业上市公司的股利政策及其影响因素,在对中国股利政策存在的问题及现状充分探讨的基础上，为改善中国上市银行股利政策提出合理化建议和意见，促进中国银行业上市公司和宏观经济稳定健康发展贡献一份力量。这不仅具有一定的理论价值,而且对于规范银行业上市公司的股利发放行为,改善投资者关系,优化资本结构,改进经营管理,提高银行业上市公司治理效率,促进银行业上市公司健康发展,进而提高社会经济资源的配置效率,有效实现经济增长等宏观经济目标具有十分深远的现实意义。

Research on the Dividend Policy of Chinese Banking Industry Listed Corporation
Abstract Dividend policy is one of the three core contents of Modern Corporation financing. Firstly, it is the continuation of corporate financing, investment activities, and is an important way to provide returns for shareholders; secondly, appropriate dividend policy, can not only establish a good corporate image, but can inspire the investors to continuously invest in the company, so that the company can achieve long-term stable development opportunities and conditions.
In this paper, We take the banking industry listed Corporation as an example to summarize current situation of dividend distribution policy banks, based on the analysis of the cash dividend and stock dividend of banking industry listed corporation. Then, we, from the aspects of market environment, stock ownership structure, and legal policy, analyze the causes of the banking industry listed corporation existing dividend policy. Finally, we propose some suggestion to deal with banking listed corporation current problems.
This paper, absorbing the existing dividend theory, clarifies the listed corporation dividend allocation rules. Exploring China's listed corporation dividend behavior and its influencing factors, not only has certain theoretical value, but also is important for regulating listed corporation dividend behavior, improving investor relations, optimizing capital structure, improving management, and advancing the efficiency of corporate governance, and promoting listed corporation healthy development, to improve the economic efficiency of resource allocation. Thus, it has great significance to realize economic growth and other macroeconomic objectives. this paper, on the basis of fully studying present situation of China dividend policy, is aimed at putting forward reasonable suggestions to improve the Chinese listed bank dividend policy, to contribute to China listed banks healthy development and macroeconomic stability.
