摘要 随着经济的发展，技术在不断地进步，也不断地影响着人们的生活以及生活习惯，大自然赋予生物之间的物竞天择在企业的发展中也同样适用。生老病死，新城代谢是永远不变的规律。所以企业要不断要求自身进步，要想在大潮流中立足生根就必须进行管理创新。管理创新永远是企业能够发展的不竭动力。
由于企业制度在中国起步较晚，发展时间短，所以中国的企业经理们不具有经营企业的技术和能力，更不懂商学理论和企业管理理论。由于中国社会是几千年传承下来的人治文化，所以中国的企业多数都不是靠机制来管理的，都是靠人治来管理的，企业不论是国有企业或是民营企业，都是帝王制企业，企业就是老板的王国。
企业的生命力，来源于企业的管理能力和创新能力，企业的管理能力来源于管理者的管理技术和采用的企业制度，而企业的创新完全来源于管理者的管理理念和思维方式，因为中国的每一个老板都有自己的思想理念和衡量事物的尺度，因此，要让中国的企业老板接受新思想、新理念，去推行管理创新确实不是一件容易的事。本文就无锡锡南铸造有限公司为例，通过发现锡南铸机在管理创新过程中的不足，找出不足，以及提出自己一些相对应的看法。

Abstract Appearance of new technology constantly changing the way of human life and survival, the physical movement of nature, promote the continuous change of the society and things.Metabolism, renew and physical is eternal law of the universe;Social change is changing people's way of life, the change of the enterprise survival environment require companies to constantly adjust themselves to adapt to the new environment changes;Management innovation is the enterprise evolving in power.Enterprise survival environment changes need constant evolution and change.Enterprise management innovation is the secret of enterprise survival and development.Enterprise survival and the development of the biggest risk is the risk management backward, flourishing enterprise to eternal youth, should be carried out from the enterprise management innovation.
Because of the enterprise system in China started relatively late, development time is short, so China enterprise managers do not have the technology and capability of the enterprise, more do not understand business theory and management theory.As the Chinese society is thousands of years passed down by culture, so most Chinese enterprises are not rely on mechanism to management, management by laws, enterprises, whether state-owned enterprises or private enterprises, are imperial system of enterprise, enterprise is the boss of the kingdom.
The vitality of enterprises, from the enterprise's management ability and innovation ability, the enterprise management ability comes from the manager of technology and the adoption of enterprise system, and the innovation of the enterprise completely from the manager's management ideas and ways of thinking, because China's each boss has his own ideas and a measure of things, therefore, to make China's enterprise boss receptive to new ideas, new ideas, to carry out management innovation is not an easy thing.In this paper, the wuxi tin south casting co., LTD., for example, by finding the defects in the management innovation in the process of tin south casting machine, find out the deficiencies, and puts forward some corresponding to their views.
