摘要: 现如今全世界各大机场都向着大型化集中化的方向发展,传统的机场摆渡车在一定程度上帮助了旅客的登机,但由于存在不方便、不安全等缺点,严重限制了它的使用,因此采用旅客登机桥逐渐成为主流的接机方式。登机桥是机场用以连接候机厅与飞机之间的可移动升降的通道,一端连接候机楼的某个登机口,一端连接飞机舱门,旅客由对应登机口进入飞机。登机桥既缩短了候机楼和飞机的距离,又让旅客免于日晒雨淋,及大地方便了旅客的登机。
本次设计采用罗克韦尔公司生产的PLC控制登机桥,与传统的继电器逻辑控制系统相比,登机桥的可靠性、节能性得到了提高。PLC控制不需要大量的活动部件和电子元器件,它的接线也大大减少,所以系统维修更加简单,维修时间也相对缩短了。论文以罗克韦尔编程软件为工具,采用了离线编程与现场调试相结合的方法,研究设计了旅客登机桥行走系统的PLC控制,其主要研究内容包括以下四个方面:
(1)对旅客登机桥的背景、发展趋势进行了详细的介绍,然后对登机桥的结构功能及其控制系统进行了相应的研究。
(2)在硬件方面对登机桥上使用的电气元件进行了介绍,完成了登机桥电气控制柜的部分接线,并且进行了相关的触摸屏调试。
(3)在软件方面对罗克韦尔编程软件进行了介绍。在系统学习了罗克韦尔可编程控制器以及其它相关软件之后,上登机桥进行了大量的仿真调试。
(4)对登机桥行走系统进行整体调试,对实验结果进行了分析,提出了本文需要改进的地方以及以后工作努力的方向。

Research on the walking system of passenger boarding bridge
Abstract: Nowadays, most of the airports around the world have the trend towards the direction of large scale and centralized. Using shuttle buses can help passengers to board to some extent. But the shuttle buses are very inconvenient and unsafe, these are all the factors than have limited its development. Boarding bridge gradually become the primary way of boarding. Boarding bridge is a movable gallery at the airport for connecting the airport terminal to the aircraft. Passengers walk through the corresponding gate into the plane. Boarding bridge dose not only shorten the distance between the terminal and the plane, but keep passengers from the sun-scorched and rain-drenched. Boarding bridge has taken great convenience to the airport.
This design use the PLC which produced by the Rockwell Automation to control the boarding bridge. Comparing with the traditional relay logic control system, the reliability and energy saving ability of the boarding bridge are improved.PLC control doesn't need a lot of moving parts and electronic components, it also greatly reduces the wiring. As a result, the maintenance is much easier, and the system maintenance time is shortened.
This design by using ROCKWELL programming software as the tool, adopting the combination of off-line programming and debugging as the method, researched and designed the passenger boarding bridge walking system. The design includes the following four aspects:
(1)This paper introduces the background and the development situation of the boarding bridge. Then research on the structure and control system of the boarding bridge.
(2)In the terms of hardware, this design introduces the electrical components using in the boarding bridge, completes some parts of the boarding bridge’s electrical control cabinet connection, and carries on the HMI to debug.
(3)In the terms of software, it introduces the software of Rockwell. After the systematic study of Rockwell PLC and some other related software, we performed vast simulations and debugging.
(4)Finally, we debug the boarding bridge and analyze the result of debugging, then put out the areas in need of improvement and the direction of future work.
